Did you check to make sure you have the right clutch?  I learned the hard way 
on my 4ktq to fit the disc onto the output shaft of the tranny BEFORE 
assembling it onto the flywheel.  Blau sent me the wrong part (not their 
fault.. right box, wrong clutch).

I really really hope you aren't working under your car if it is supported by 
cinder blocks....
