looking for Russ Southerlin (bomb rebuilder)

I ordered a recharged bomb and paid for it thru PayPal over a month ago
and no word from Russ even after numerous emails.  EVERYONE BEWARE!!!!

That's the address I have for him, Konstantin, provided you use a "u" 
instead of an "a" in his first name.  Supposedly it's the current one. 
Someone recently posted they were  getting a recharged "bomb" from him.
