[LAC] H4 vs H4/H1 questions

91-96 Caprice and derivatives. Yes, there could be ordered through any GM
dealer here, but were about $250 each, and are now out of production.
Hence, custom fabrication.
(Oddly enough, all of the Caprices I've seen in Europe (that is, all of
those
I've seen in person, and 90% of those on pictures on the web) had US-spec
lights. How would you ever get those cars through the TUeV/MOT/etc. ?)
