Hi Mike, 'tis true... my Eibach-lowered/Koni-restrained '87 5kCStq runs the
OE Fuchs and 215/50-15 tires. Initially I ran Yoko AVS Intermediates and
now Dunlop SP 9000. Clearance never an issue in the front but is close in
the rear. On my car the right rear has the least clearance and is about
1/2" to the fender lip. Very heavily loaded for the Monterey-Annapolis dash
it was probably 3/8" but never rubbed.
