I presume you've been having the same wet conditions the last three days 
that we've been getting 200 miles to the north,  so my first guess would be 
those old wires.  After that, I'd wonder about a clogged fuel pump 
screen.  Do you know if your pump still has the relatively fine mesh screen 
in place?
