Clutch pedal issues, 4kq

This was the first symptom of the clutch master cylinder failure on my
5ktq. Later, the clutch wouldn't come back from the floor without a nudge
from the toe. Then it required "pumping up" with the hand to get so it
would come back with the toe nudge. Finally, it wouldn't come back at
all. That last circumstance was real sudden after the previous routines
that took maybe six months.
