Have you seen the engine bay in the Alfa 166 3.0 V6? Instead of a plastic lid on
top of the engine, they've put lids on everything around the engine, while the
engine itself sits open with 6 chromed intake runners sitting proudly on top of the
engine. Very nice :-)
