2Bennett charges around $10k for the entire conversion
if that gives you any idea.  Granted that includes an
engine, it's probably is not outrageous when you
figure there can easily be 100 hrs involved in doing
this properly.  I'd recommend doing it yourself, it
forces you to get to know the car, and you will be
able to troubleshoot problems much easier.
