debating on 4kq turbo conversion

Hey gang!
  So I'm debating an issue.   I bought an MC engine for my 4000q with the
intention of installing it next summer.   I'm getting anxious though.   I
was planning on installing it outside so it's a bit to cold a rainy to
attempt it now.   Hence waiting for summer.   Now I'm thinking about have it
professionally installed at a shop in portland Oregon.   Has anyone gone
this route before?     If so what was the going price for having a shop do
the conversion?    I have the engine, computer, downpipe, and tierod.   Also
does anyone know a good shop in portland that would even do a conversion?
The one shop that I deal with wouldn't even consider it because they don't
want to be liable for used parts.   Ok, thanks in advance.
