I've used these for years. If Kelly Springfield was purchased by Goodyear
(seem to recall something like that) then the Pacemarks are Goodyear.
They don't, for some reason, sport the Kelly tire logo.
I have found that they worked fine on both my 4KQ, and my 200Q.
