That's not bad.  I recall seeing something about $1500.  Must be the
dealer price???

Wasn't tough at all. I drove the car up to Tim's and wrote him a check.
Barely broke a sweat ;-)

I think the total job was about $600-ish. He says the 12V V6's are about
in the middle of the difficulty range for Audi timing belts.  The 20V's
(esp 20V turbos) are much harder, the regular 10V 5's are much easier.
