90 200Q Parking Brake

Depends what you mean by "not working". Can't engage it? Can't get it to
disengage? Typical problems are seized/sticking cables (cables are cheap at
the dealer & easy to replace) and/or sticking e-brake cams on the rear
calipers (easy to free up, labour only).
