Water pump replacement and idler pulley removal

Hello All,
    Can someone with a Bently tell me how to remove the lower drivers
side idler pulley on my AAH 12v V6 in my 90?  It came loose/broke, this
a.m.  and I can't figure out how to remove it and the plastic lower
timing belt shroud behind the crank pulley.  I bought a new water pump
and timing belt which I hope to replace while I have it all apart.
