market value of 5kt (non-quat)

A fellow that works for me, and is in dire need of transportation, is 
determined he wants to buy my daughters '85 5kt non-quat auto.
The car has about 130k miles, runs good but has some electrical issues that 
I'm tired of fighting.
What is the high to low range market value for these cars these days?

She is looking at a 92 Mazda Protege, in very good condition. Anyone have any 
experience (warnings) with such a beast?
