CQ suspension tweaks and track mods

Curious to get lister input on my '90 CQ:
I'm debating ways to make my CQ a better performer (not like turbo
transplant 'better', like tenacious road holding 'better').
My Eibach/Bilstein combo is okay, but definitely allows more roll than is
desirable. Mounts are UrQ Blue, Jamex tower brace in place, control arm
bushings are new but stock rubber.
Question 1: Can a '91 CQ rear sway bar be retrofitted to a '90 CQ? Or
does a rear sway bar kit exist that can be mounted?
Question 2: Will the sway bar help, or should I just save up for a coil
over conversion?
Question 3: If coil overs are the right answer, can my current Bilstein
Sports (10,000 miles) be retained in a coil conversion?
Thanks for your input as always.
