Please turn off MIME

I know this has been beaten to death, but there appears to be a
resurgence of MIME posts to the QList, and while it may be only a little
inconvienent to the "real time" listers, it's a major PITA (pain in the
ass) to those of us on the digest version.

So please take the appropriate steps to ensure you are sending "text
only" messages. If you are unsure how to turn off the MIME stuff, check
the archives, someone has posted instructions in the past.
