I'm pretty sure the seal comes in the pump resealing kit, which costs about 
$25.  I've  resealed a couple pumps, but have not had to replace the shaft 
seals.  Your Bentley ('89-'91 versions) has the most thorough pump 
disassembly description I've seen (pgs. 48-30 thru 48-36).  Looks like you 
can extract the seal after driving out the shaft.  Special Audi tool for 
extracting recommended, of course, but other methods may work just as well.
