months.  Go check the archives at cnn.com or bbc.com.

We all remember Clinton's idiotic missile attack on the Afghan hinterland, and
notwithstanding the current popularity in some circles for denigrating Bush's
brainpower, I'm confident his judgement and maturity are worlds better than
those of the last and least of our 20th century presidents.
