Turbo rebuilding - K26

Is there a rebuild kit for the K26?  Any BTDT on how difficult of an
undertaking this may be?  Perhaps there is a company that does core exchange
for a rebuilt unit.

I have a K26 I'd like to rebuild prior to doing some extensive service -
service manifold etc. on our '87 5kcstqw.  The original turbo is not shot,
but I would think it would be good to start with a freshened up unit.

So where do I get a kit or a rebuilt unit?

'87 5kcstqw - 155Kmi, QLCC chipped and 2 Bar spring, shrap. knob - set for
about 18 PSI max now.

p.s.  in addition to an exhast manifold/gasket service and turbo service, I
would consider any solutions for 1) water injection, or 2) Fuel Injection
mods to get over the ~250 HP limit.  What is available for under/around
$500?  I would be able to tap the intake etc. myself.
