oil leak at shift rod - tranny junction

Hi all,

I experiment a new problem on my 90S 1993, manula tranny. The transmission is leaking oil from the shift rod (manual 5 speeds). Now the car drops oil on the asphalt when it is parked for some time. I suppose that there is a seal somewhere at the junction between the tranny and the shift rod. However, I cannot find any interesting things about that in the ETKA nor in the Bentley. 
Any tip will be appreciated, such as the cost of the repairs and what it involve.
