Nice CQ(S2 Look) and 20v in Burlington, VT

When you flash, shouldn't both the driving lights and the high beams
flash, for a total of 4 filaments?

I'm not certain w/ the RS2 lights as I don't know if the projector beam
is low only or not.

You mean, that when he flashed, only the highs flashed, not the lows? This
is
quite normal, and the way they are supposed to be. The light flasher is only
wired to the highs.
