Nice CQ(S2 Look) and 20v in Burlington, VT

Not when the main light switch is off. The projector beam is low only, it has a
single filament H1 bulb. When the main light switch is on, the low beams are
supposed to be on all the time, independent of the flash or high position. On my
car, which had H4 dual filament bulbs originally, the low goes out when I flip
to highs, but low stays on when I flash.
