Battery question, continued

My 1987 5ktq is using a 25 year old Autobahn battery that was originally in
a 1976 VW bus. Those old VW bus batteries will probably last forever. I'm
keeping the original 5ktq battery in reserve, in case the bus battery
somehow weakens.
