Suggested Maintenance before Installing Engine

Hi Everyone,

So I am about to start digging into the AAN Engine that I am going to
install into my urQ. The engine is out of a 94 S4 and has 68k on it, so
it either has just had a tbelt change or needs one really bad?

Here is what I was planning on replacing

Timing belt
Cam Timing chain
Water pump
Tensioner
Front main seal
Rear main seal

Would it be worth while to do the head gasket at the same time? I had
not planned on doing rings or bearings at this time. Is there anything
else that anyone would recommend replacing before the engine goes into
the car?
