hot start problems.

Well, it wasn't really "working ok" before the repair.  It ran poorly
when it was wet out.

I'd check...

1. that the plugs and wires are all installed correctly (just for the
heck of it)
2. cap and rotor should have been done at the same time
3. intake manifold ground connections (and all other underhood
electrical connections...)
4. you already searched for vacuum leaks
5. make sure the OXS is working right (car runs fine til it is reading
OXS...)
6. lastly, make sure the static mixture is set right, it may have been
tweaked to "hide" a problem, and now it *is* the problem.

5 & 6 sorta go together...
