You can get the right stuff at the dealer, but I do not know the part
number. Another "I do not know" is that I have seen some Porsche (?)
p/n floating around this list for the same job. And I bet any auto
parts place supplying bodyshops has the "right stuff" too.
I have used 3M "strip-calk" routinely for this sort of thing and it
works well, about $12 for 60 12" x 1/4" bits. Waterproof, sticky (but
not as sticky as the stock goo), long lasting. It has been holding the
Audi logos on my wheels for several years now!
That said, I just swapped my 90Q tail lights for the style with the
bigger reverse lens, and discovered I was rather low on the 3M stuff, so
I used some "Mortite" I had lying around. That stuff is sold in
hardware stores with the weatherstripping materials. I also used that
stuff to reseal the white fresh air intake plenum on my coupe, couple of
years ago, and that isn't leaking yet.
