type44 rear shocks?

I am looking to replace the rear shocks on my 87 5000TQ and noticed on the Bilstein web site that the sport shocks listed (BE5-2593) were also the same part # for the 91-96 100/200/A6/S4  but listed as the HD's do all these cars use the same rear shocks? They note cars with sport suspension use a different shock, I am guessing that would be for the S4 model?
If its all the same I would order the shocks for the S4 to put on my car.
