(was Idle screw) Idle Switch on NG engine

I was trying to replace that (actually Stephane) and the bolts holding the
throttle body to the Intake Manufold are so-o-o-o-o tight ;-(
Does anyone have any ideas how to losen those?  I guess heating might not
be such a good idea ... the car is 1988 90 Q
