Engine Stall at low RPM

Time to celan the idle stabilizer valve.  3 10 mm nuts and an electrical
connector will remove it.  Use some brake clean and blow dry it out with
compressed air.  Repeat the clean, blow dry a couple times.  Should fix the
problem.
