If you can't talk to someone in person the way you write your
emails, you need to learn some common courtesy. It's amazing
how brazen some people get over email, yet when you meet them
in person, they're nothing like that. In case some of you are
thinking, "gee, how ironic," I have no qualms saying what I write
here to someone in person, those of you who have met me probably
know this. :-)

That said, I apologize for being abrasive at times.
