cutting metal fuel lines - How?

Hey all...

I have fuel leak. I bought the correct neoprene fuel line for high-pressure
systems, so I can splice in a section for now.

The splice will be in for 3 weeks, but only 4 days of driving (off to the roll-
cage shop).

What's the best way to cut the metal fuel line to remove the leaking portion?

It's so tight to the car, I'm low on ideas.
