1990 A80Q timing belt

Hello again Fans,

I just signed up again to the list, so here goes my latest question:

I have a 1990 A80Q manual with 145k miles and don't think the timing belt
has
yet been replaced. Runs good, etc, the only problem is valve noise for a few
seconds when started cold.

How big of a job is the timing belt replacement and where to find OEM with
decent price?  Any info, leads greatly appreciated.
