Wanted Coupe gt turbo driving impressions.

I think that I am finally done with my coupe gt turbo conversion.  One thing
I have noticed is that it does not want rev past 4000 RPM's or so in 5th
gear.  I will rev higher, it just seems like it is really working to do so.
It will rev to red line in lower gears.  Is this about normal or should I
expect more.  There are no codes and everything seems to be working fine.
The car in general runs VERY GOOD, but if there is more to be had why not
try.

  I am running stock boost, a 2.5" exhaust with no cat and a flowmaster
muffler. When I changed the head ( Long story ) this weekend I  matched the
exhaust ports on the head and manifold with the  gaskets ( This seemed to
really help low end torque, compared to before the head change).  I am
running the stock intercooler, and intake track.     Also I live at 5500ft
elevation.
