Actually, my point was that at 110 or so mph, aerodynamic drag has nothing to
do with a turbo converted car not being able to accelerate past 4krpm - that
with a power to weight ratio like that, acceleration through redline in top
gear should be very quick. The short gearing of a Coupe won't allow it to
accelerate past 125mph anyway, still too low for aerodynamics to play any
real speed limiting effects.
And, as others have pointed out, bone stock 115hp Coupes have no problem
accelerating to redline in 5th.
