I had terrific luck with the grease and bolt trick to get mine out of my
5kt crank. You pump the cavity of the bushng full of grease, and find a
bolt, or rod that *just* fits into the bushing, then rap on it hard and
quick. Mine came right out after a couple attempts. It can be a bit
messy, but quite satisfying ;)
