I have also had the same happen to me. With the URQ one must install the belt
cover before the aux. radiator. This complicates the tensioning process.
What I have found is-
             1 Way too tight = whine & ruined? pump.
             2 Too tight = "turkey gobble" noise, pump probably OK but
questionable
             3 Just right =  years of joy
             4 Too loose = trashed head
I haven't experienced 4. Just 1-3, and #1 twice. The sig line quote is
accurate, not just humorous.
