3 w/pumps in one year!

# 4 is intriguing.  What is too loose?  Now I can turn belt on the
middle about 100 degrees (90 is recommended).   It looks like that noise
is gone.  I've heard it at around 900 - 1200 rmp right after relaxing
the belt. But afte driving couple hours it looks like gone.
