Wal Mart here sells them for that price all the time, when they have them in stock. I have seen them on sale for $14 for the 5qt.

Keep an eye out for Mobil One sales at Walmart.  2 weeks ago they had their 5
quart jugs on sale for ~ $18.  I asked the guy in their auto section & he
told me Walmart does this about twice a year so I bought 5 jugs of assorted
viscosities.
