High octane fuel should be available at the track, but it's of little use
in and of itself.
High octane fuel is more resistant to knock, which means you can turn the
boost up higher without detonation- assuming the rest of the system holds
up.
It also means that a smart enging management system can keep the timing
advanced for longer, but I'm now sure that your's is that smart..
It might be fun to pick up some race gas at the track and see what
happens, but I wouldn't expect much unless you're tuning specificly to
take advantage of what the fuel will allow.
For short term hop up at a drag string, launch technique and weight
savings are king.
