quattro digest, Vol 1 #3336 - What kind of fuel milage do you get?

When I had my '84 4KQ, when it was running well, I got about 27 - 28 MPG
on a daily 120 mile commute on the open highway. Around 30K a year milage
confirmed that was the realistic milage. Avg speed of 65 MPH.

My 200Q gets about 22 - 23 MPG on the highway, 20 MPG around town with
occasional dips to about 19 MPG. Can't seem to get any of the other type
44 turbo quattro owners near 30 MPG, but I have occasionally gotten up to
26 MPG. Oh well.
