Help Proflex, still looking!

A couple of weeks a go I wrote about my Proflex installation. So I am still
trying to find out the adjustment and set up specs. for my system.  The
distributors in the US are Intrax but despite more than 10 calls, I cannot
get anyone to respond to my request.  The owner Scott Hartmann is
purportedly the only person in the company that knows anything about these
units. And as you can see from the latest Eurocar, he is quite able to
pontificate about their great performance on his car.  But he will not
return calls or talk to me.  On one call, I heard someone tell the telephone
operator to say that he was out of the office, my guess is that was the man
himself.

So my request of y'all, especially any Euro lister, can you find me a phone
number for the factory (I believe its in The Netherlands) or an address, or
even an URL!  Maybe someone knows a distributor in another country whose
contact details they can pass along.

I am at a loss as to why Intrax can be so cavalier about this.  But I guess
the combination of poor driving performance, a kid on drugs, a divorce and
the creditors at the doorstep can make one very indifferent to an amateur
and an Audiphile at that.
