Car still won't rev over 2k -solved

Well, seems like it is the flywheel. There is a missing tooth. Is it
possible to get a used flywheel? If yes how much is it worth? I can get
a new one for about $225 US.
Thanks for all the tips guys! I will keep you posted if the new flywheel
fixed the problem. I am holding my breath.
