AC System "Ping" letter

Anybody out there have any experience writing legal sounding complaint letter to auto repair shops? I have drafted a detailed (long) complaint letter and would love to get some feedback but don't want to clog up the list. If anybody is willing to read through it and give me any pointers, please let me know and I will forward a copy...
