Here is the official announcement of the first event of the RallyCabal
group.  We are holding an SCCA sanctioned rally cross at Blackhawk Farms
Raceway near Rockford, IL.

Date:  May 5, 2002
Cost:  $30 (SCCA member)
            $35 all others

Your's truly is the designated Safety Steward, so I will be doing my best
to prevent the course from being too hard on street cars.  We may have to
limit the total number of cars so don't be late!
