Is my Haynes AC Manual wrong?

I think the way you analyze this is that at 45.5 psi the saturated
temperature of r-134 is 50 degrees F.  At 51.2 psi it's 55 degrees.
This should be close to your vent tempertures (-10 degrees).  35
degrees would be 30 psi.  24 seems too low and 45 too high.
