Is my Haynes AC Manual wrong?

Somebody replied to my last AC questions saying that the pressures on the low side of my R134a system should be 45-50 when running. The photo-copy of the Haynes I have is saying:

24 and lower: Under-charged
25-44: Properly charged
45+: Over-charged.

So, now I'm even more confused than before. Any thoughts?
