I have to chime in on this.  I did not read anything in
George's post that was offensive.  He was only providing
info on what he thought were the facts.  From reading
your posts, it was not clear that the car was bought
new, and George issued commentary assuming the car was
recently bought used.  Also, I would not expect much
more than BB from an insurance company unless you can
provide reciepts for aftermarket upgrades (these should
also be included on your policy).  Insurance companies
are not in the business of underwriting depreciation.
