Hood

You have no idea how much I would love a vacation right now.   And
this sounds like just the ticket!  I went to Montreal during October
and came down with a high fever on the four hour drive and after a
few hours at my friends, fearing I would make her ill, drove home all
night.     The woman at custom's must have thought I was up to
no-good as my story didn't match the one going in.

The next time I went on vacation was exactly two weeks ago on the
Cape.   I went with a friend to stay at her mother's for the weekend.
I wasn't gone 24 hours and we were rear-ended.   She drives very
rough and my neck was so bad my poor husband had to come pick me up.
At least there was absolutely no traffic for us.

A leisurely drive to VA sounds like heaven right now !   But given my
luck with out of town trips I am a little nervous.   ;-)
