sequential twin turbos

to those thinking of this mod, i would recommend getting some seat time in a
tt sequential car like the legacy rs's.  the science is probably more
difficult than it might appear, because the tt legacy's had noticeable
lethargy *between* the two turbos, at just the point (3,000rpm iirc) where
you would be on the open road.  quite disappointing.
