4k taking on water

My 86 4kq leaked at the windshield seal, at each lower corner, until I used
almost-liquid hardware store windshield seal stuff. It stopped the leak.
Worth a try, very easy, not expensive. Don't put any pressure on the edge
of your windshield with any tool, like a screwdriver blade. The edges
are incredibly sensitive to that, and the windshield could crack. And, if
you try the transparent tape on the sunroof seal, you may never get the
tape off completely. I'd use a tape designed to be temporary.....like
masking tape.

I would also pop the hood, take off the rain shield over the bay at the
back of the engine compartment, and clean out all the leaves and debris.
I'd use a vacuum cleaner. And when it was clean, I'd inspect all the seals
and seams in that bay, using a strong flashlight. Maybe a seam or seal is
loose, or leaking.
